Brown County Elementary School

To celebrate diabetes awareness month in November, students in Brown County Elementary school were instructed to wear blue. To honor children with diabetes, the school hosted a coin challenge to raise money for Breakthrough T1D. The challenge lasted from November 10^th to November 14^th. The grade level that raised the most money earned a donut party. The 4^th grade ended up winning the challenge bringing- in a total of $490.01. The elementary school raised $1658.02 for a total contribution to diabetes awareness.
